ABOUT THIS WINE
Sourced from the “Les Fremières” lieu-dit, situated just below “Les Beaux Bruns” in Chambolle-Musigny, this wine is crafted from 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines rooted in limestone-rich soils. The 2021 vintage underwent approximately 15 months of maturation in 30% new oak barrels, enhancing its complexity without overshadowing its delicate fruit profile. On the nose, it presents aromas of ripe red berries and subtle floral notes, while the palate reveals a harmonious balance of fruit, acidity, and fine tannins. With only three barrels produced annually, this wine is both exclusive and expressive. It pairs beautifully with dishes such as roast duck, veal, or mushroom risotto.
