ABOUT THIS PRODUCER

From the Producer: "The vines of our land have been passed down from father to son for several generations. Over the years and investments in material and human resources, the estate has acquired its letters of nobility. In particular thanks to the acquisition of agricultural buildings and plots of Beaujolais Villages and Régnié appellations. But the evolution does not stop there. I then had to face a difficult choice, the farm or the vineyard. My attraction to vines and wine clearly stood out. This cultivation of vines elevated to the level of art immediately seduced me. So I converted the agricultural buildings into vats and set out in search of well-located plots in Beaujolais Villages and Régnié. How do I differentiate myself from other wines? How to produce quality wine while keeping the character specific to Beaujolais? A lot of work, passion and perseverance took me on the path of the old vines of my land. The particularity of my estate lies in the age of my vines. In fact, I almost only have old vines, some of which are centuries old. The vines are a bit like humans, they can live up to 100 years, or even more, in any case their potential is surprising and the older the vine, the more concentrated the juice will be!"
