A standout single-vineyard cuvée from Domaine Tempier, La Migoua is typically the most ethereal and aromatic of the estate’s Bandol reds. Composed primarily of Mourvèdre (often around 50–60%) with supporting roles from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, this 2023 vintage captures the essence of its high-altitude, south-facing limestone-clay vineyard nestled in the hills above Le Beausset. The site's unique microclimate—cooler and wind-swept—yields a wine of both tension and breadth. Fermented with native yeasts and aged traditionally in large foudres for 18–20 months, it maintains purity while gaining complexity.
