ABOUT THIS WINE

"Fiulot" in Piedmontese dialect means "boy". A delicate and very drinkable Barbera, an expression of the fragrance and youth of the fruit.

The grapes arrived at the cellar and were destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasted 5-7 days at a maximum temperature of 28 °C. After racking, the wine completed both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before winter. Fiulot rested in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in spring.
