ABOUT THE WINE
The 2023 Tres Raíces Rosé is a testament to the emerging elegance of Mexican highland viticulture. Composed primarily of Grenache and Syrah, this rosé is made via direct pressing to preserve freshness and purity. The grapes are grown at over 2,000 meters above sea level, where intense sunlight and cool nights enhance aromatic complexity and natural acidity. On the nose, the wine delivers lifted aromas of crushed raspberry, white cherry, and fresh herbs, leading to a palate that is crisp, lean, and refreshingly dry, with subtle notes of citrus zest and saline minerality. Minimal intervention in the cellar—stainless steel fermentation, no oak—allows the site’s expression to shine. It’s a natural companion to ceviche, grilled octopus, or ripe summer tomatoes drizzled with olive oil.
