ABOUT THIS WINE
The Grenache Blanc was brought into the winery around 21 Brix. It was pressed directly without any skin maceration. The juice was sent to a tank to settle overnight, and then gravity racked to neutral French Oak barrels for fermentation with its native yeast. The wine rested on its fermentation lees until a month before bottling when it was racked together in a stainless steel tank. She was bottled unfined and unfiltered in July of 2024.
