Made from 100% Kerner grown in the rolling hills of Štajerska in northeastern Slovenia, this wine is organically farmed and fermented with native yeasts. The grapes undergo several days of skin contact, giving the wine its amber hue and gentle tannic edge, while aging in neutral oak adds depth without overshadowing freshness.

The 2023 vintage continues Gönc’s minimal-intervention approach—no fining, no filtration, and minimal sulfur—preserving the grape’s floral and spicy character. Expect aromas of orange blossom, apricot, ginger, and herbs, carried by a textured palate and electric acidity.
