The Les Chenevottes vineyard sits just below the Grand Cru Le Montrachet, sharing the same southeast exposure and limestone-rich soils that endow its wines with both aromatic lift and structural tension. In 2023, a well-balanced growing season produced pristine fruit with vibrant acidity, giving the wine both richness and freshness.

Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts. Élevage takes place in French oak barrels (about 25–30% new) for 12–15 months, with careful lees aging to enhance texture while preserving clarity.
