ABOUT THIS WINE

Sourced from vineyards located in Bossolasco at an altitude of 700 meters in the Alta Langa area, the "Maestro" Chardonnay benefits from southeast-facing slopes and soils rich in limestone and white clay. The Guyot-trained vines, planted at a density of 5,500 plants per hectare, are harvested in the second week of September. Vinification involves natural fermentation, followed by aging on the lees in a combination of stainless steel and barrique, resulting in a wine that truly reflects its terroir.
