Made entirely from Cortese grapes grown on Villa Sparina’s estate vineyards in the heart of the Gavi DOCG, this wine captures the essence of the region’s cool climate and calcareous clay soils. The 2024 vintage was marked by a long, balanced growing season, contributing to the wine’s bright fruit and vibrant acidity. Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed before undergoing a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic freshness and varietal purity. A short period of aging on fine lees adds texture and depth. The result is a crisp, expressive white wine with floral lift and mineral clarity—ideal alongside seafood crudo, grilled vegetables, or creamy risottos.
