ABOUT THE WINE
The 2024 Chêne Bleu Rosé is a testament to precision and altitude-driven viticulture. Grown at nearly 550 meters above sea level on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, this IGP Vaucluse rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and a touch of Cinsault, all organically farmed. The cooler microclimate prolongs ripening, preserving acidity and developing complex aromatics. Hand-harvested fruit undergoes gentle direct pressing and is vinified in stainless steel to highlight purity and tension. Aromas of red currant, crushed rose petals, and thyme open to flavors of citrus zest, pink grapefruit, and wild berries. The palate is lean yet expressive, with bright acidity and a mineral snap that make it an ideal partner to Mediterranean fare—think grilled langoustines, Niçoise salad, or herbed goat cheese.
