ABOUT THIS WINE

The 2024 Land of Saints Rosé is a purposeful, direct-press blend primarily composed of Pinot Noir and Grenache, sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards across Santa Barbara County’s cool-climate pockets, including Sta. Rita Hills and Los Alamos. Its pale salmon hue is matched by a lively nose of watermelon rind, crushed seashells, and Meyer lemon zest. On the palate, the wine is crisp and linear, showing delicate red berry fruit, grapefruit pith, and a whisper of wild herbs. Aged briefly in stainless steel to preserve purity and vibrancy, it reflects a minimalist, hands-off winemaking approach. Pair with oysters, Niçoise salad, or goat cheese tartlets for a balanced, terroir-driven experience.
