Radiant and refreshingly elegant, the 2024 AIX Rosé embodies the sun-drenched charm of Provence with its pale salmon hue and crisp, summery profile. ABOUT THIS WINE
The 2024 AIX Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grown on a high-elevation plateau north of Aix-en-Provence, where cool nights and steady breezes preserve natural freshness and balance. This vintage benefited from a mild, well-paced growing season, resulting in precise fruit expression and elegant structure. Grapes are harvested in the early morning to retain their vibrant aromatics, then gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and purity. The result is a graceful, dry rosé with notes of red berries, melon, and soft citrus layered over a faint herbal backbone—classic Provence. A natural pairing for grilled fish, Niçoise salad, goat cheese, or Mediterranean mezze, it’s also ideal as an aperitif by the pool or beach.
