A semi-firm cheese made from cow's milk with a little salt, and produced into wheels. This cheese nutty, rich, and full-bodied with a light brown washed rind. A wonderful melting cheese for gratins, quiches, and fondue, and with its robust flavor makes a wonderful addition to any cheese board.
