Together, we’ll explore the luxurious relationship between Champagne and caviar, discovering why these two delicacies have been celebrated together for centuries. We’ll taste through a curated selection of Champagnes while learning about different styles, regions, and producers, alongside a guided introduction to caviar — from how it’s sourced and graded to the unique flavors and textures that make each selection distinct.
Whether you’re a longtime Champagne lover or simply looking for a fun and elevated experience, this tasting will showcase how acidity, minerality, bubbles, and salinity come together to create one of the most classic pairings in the culinary world.
This seated tasting will start promptly at 6:00 pm at our Buckhead location and last about 90 minutes.
