ABOUT THIS WINE
A blend of 60% Corvina and Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, and 10% Molinara. Indigenous grapes are planted and fermented together with native yeast, half of the blend is Amarone and the other half is Ripasso. After settling in tank for 6 months, the wine is blended and spends 28 months in large, traditional Slavonian oak barrels. No fining with a delicate filtering to remove yeast, vegan. Minimal sulfur is added during fermentation and aging, no additional sulfur is added at bottling.

Founder and winemaker Luca Fedrigo continues in the tradition of his mentor, legendary Amarone producer Giuseppe Quintarelli. Luca crafts classic wines built on the Valpolicella's historical varieties with occasional twists: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. With vineyards in the Classic zone, around the town of Negrar, Luca does everything himself, from vineyard to bottling, with help from only a handful of employees. A true artist, the results speak for themselves, wines that are expressive of the region and reflect the careful stewardship and attention to detail that only Luca can provide.
