Michael Cruse, the visionary behind Cruse Wine Co., is known for his innovative and expressive California wines. While his sparkling wines have gained a cult following, his still wines are just as captivating—crafted with balance, freshness, and a deep respect for the terroir. Throughout the evening, Michael will personally guide us through a tasting of six wines, offering insight into his winemaking philosophy and the stories behind each bottle.
To complement these wines, Chef Seung Hee Lee, acclaimed cookbook author and the creative force behind Korean Fusion, will prepare a selection of small bites designed to enhance the tasting experience. Her approach to food blends traditional Korean techniques with modern influences, resulting in dishes that are vibrant, unexpected, and perfectly paired with Michael’s wines.
