Sparkling wine is a style of wine long associated with celebration, defined by its lively bubbles created through a second fermentation that traps carbon dioxide within the wine. From this general description the world of bubbly greatly diverges, however, and the styles produced span the entire spectrum. 

This seated tasting is limited to 16 people, will start promptly at 6:00 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 90 minutes.
