ABOUT THE WINE

“Coulée Galante” hails from a single parcel of Sauvignon Blanc in the Oisly appellation—a designated cru within Touraine known for producing some of the Loire’s most refined expressions of the grape. The vines are rooted in sandy-clay soils over limestone, farmed sustainably and with increasing organic and biodynamic practices. Grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity and tension.

This is a Sauvignon Blanc of clarity and poise, showcasing citrus, orchard fruit, and flinty terroir character. Ideal with fresh oysters, chèvre, grilled asparagus, or citrus-marinated seafood, it’s a vibrant companion to both delicacy and intensity on the plate.
