ABOUT THIS WINE

Sourced from vineyards in the Uco Valley—an area known for its cool nights and rocky, well-drained soils—this Pinot Noir benefits from the region’s high elevation, which preserves natural acidity and promotes aromatic expression. The 2022 vintage saw steady, warm days and cool evenings, yielding fruit with excellent balance. Vinification is aimed at preserving freshness: cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel, and a short élevage without oak to let the purity of fruit shine. This results in a vibrant, medium-bodied Pinot with notes of red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, and a hint of allspice. Perfect with roast chicken, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto.
