Paolo Scavino is a historic Barolo winery established in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto, at the heart of Piedmont. The estate cultivates about 30 hectares across 20 prized crus in Barolo, La Morra, Serralunga d’Alba, Novello, Verduno, Roddi, and Monforte. Long led by Enrico Scavino and now by his daughters Enrica and Elisa, the winery pioneered single-vineyard Barolos, beginning with Bric dël Fiasc in 1978. Today, it combines traditional craftsmanship with modern precision to craft elegant, nuanced, and terroir-driven wines.
Join us as we welcome Mattia Benevello, export manager, as he leads us through a fantastic line-up of their offerings.
This seated tasting is limited to 16 people, will start promptly at 6:00 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 90 minutes.
