Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are closely related grapes, with Cabernet Franc being the older parent and Cabernet Sauvignon the later offspring created from a natural crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc in 17th-century Bordeaux. Cabernet Sauvignon is known worldwide for its power, depth, and structure. Cabernet Franc, on the other hand, is more aromatic, lighter in body, and often more elegant. Join as we compare & contrast the different styles these enduring varieties present.
This seated tasting is limited to 16 people, will start promptly at 6:00 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 90 minutes.
