La Perle des Dieux makes sure to preserve the quality and freshness of its fish by respecting the season of each fish (sardines, mackerel, ...) in the small coastal fishing area around St-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, between the Island of Yeu, Noirmoutier and Île de Ré.
The sardines are sorted, cut and arranged by hand, one by one, in their box. Exactly the same gesture as 130 years ago! A careful work of the sardine makers, fine gestures for a touch of perfection and a note of femininity, which you will find in the quality, the unique taste and the freshness of the recipes.
The 2023 Mademoiselle Lulu is a great vintage that sleeps patiently in its extra virgin olive oil while it softens a little more.
