Join us on Friday, February 13th for a cozy and interactive Make Your Own Fondue & Alpine Wines Tasting, where you’ll prepare your own fondue savoyarde using 36-month aged Comté from the Jura, along with Beaufort and Abondance cheeses from Savoie. Guided step by step through the fondue-making process, you’ll also enjoy a tasting of four alpine wines selected to perfectly complement these classic mountain flavors.

This is a shared experience designed for groups of four; parties of two will be paired together at a fondue station. Limited to 24 guests.

Join us for an interactive and convivial evening celebrating the flavors of the Alps with our Make Your Own Fondue & Alpine Wines Tasting.

Guests will be provided with all the ingredients to prepare their own fondue savoyarde, featuring an exceptional blend of 36-month aged Comté from the Jura, alongside Beaufort and Abondance cheeses from Savoie. Step by step, you’ll be guided through the fondue-making process, learning tips and techniques to achieve the perfect melt.

As your fondue comes together, you’ll be guided through a curated tasting of four alpine wines, showcasing the freshness, minerality, and character of mountain vineyards and exploring how these wines pair beautifully with alpine cheeses.

This experience is designed to be shared. We recommend attending in groups of four. Groups of two will be paired together to form a fondue station of four guests.

A deliciously hands-on evening of cheese, wine, and alpine tradition awaits!

This is a seated tasting limited to 24 people, it will start promptly at 6:30pm at our Sandy Springs shop and last about 90 minutes.
