ABOUT THE WINE

This Brut Réserve is a meticulous blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir sourced from over 30 crus across Champagne. The dominance of Meunier lends roundness and fruit, while Chardonnay adds lift and elegance, and Pinot Noir anchors the blend with structure. Aged for 30 months on the lees—well beyond the regional minimum—the wine develops complexity while retaining vibrancy. Dosage is restrained (approx. 7–8 g/L), allowing terroir and texture to shine. Expect aromas of stone fruit, citrus zest, toasted hazelnut, and light spice. The magnum format accentuates freshness and aging potential, making it a superb candidate for cellaring or celebratory drinking. Ideal with oysters, sashimi, or truffled risotto.
