ABOUT THIS WINE
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steels tanks Tartaric stabilization at -4°C during 12 hours and filtration on Kieselgur. 18 months on lees and 6 months after disgorgement.
Each grape variety and vineyard plot is pressed and vinified separately to preserve the unique identity of each terroir. This approach allows for a wide diversity of wines, offering greater flexibility during the blending process. Champagne’s distinct character lies in its ability to maintain a consistent and unique style year after year, despite variations in climate and harvest. The art of blending ensures that the identity of each cuvée is respected and upheld.
