ABOUT THIS WINE
The "Hommage à Cuisles" is made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the family’s estate in the village of Cuisles, located in the Montagne de Reims. This Champagne is produced without malolactic fermentation to preserve its natural acidity and freshness. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 36 months to develop complexity and depth, with only a small dosage of sugar added at disgorgement to maintain its Extra Brut character. The wine was bottled in 2019 and released in 2023.
