ABOUT THE WINE
Ferghettina’s NV Franciacorta Brut is a traditional-method sparkling wine made from 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Nero, sourced from over 100 organically farmed vineyard parcels across the varied morainic soils of Franciacorta. Aged for 24 months on the lees, it develops subtle autolytic complexity without sacrificing freshness. The Chardonnay brings citrus vibrancy and floral lift, while the touch of Pinot Nero adds structure and depth. The base wines are fermented separately in stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit before the assemblage. Its expressive, mineral-driven profile pairs seamlessly with seafood, sushi, poultry, and delicate risottos. This cuvée embodies the tension between precision and elegance that defines modern Franciacorta.
