NV Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle “No. 26” Brut, Champagne, France
An exercise in harmony and timeless elegance, Grand Siècle “Itération No. 26” is a multi-vintage Champagne of profound refinement. Combining power and precision, it opens with refined aromas of white flowers, toasted brioche, lemon confit, almond cream, and subtle chalky undertones. The palate is both concentrated and weightless—silky in texture with fine bubbles, pristine acidity, and a graceful, persistent finish that resonates with tension, salinity, and understated opulence.

ABOUT THIS WINE
Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle represents a bold concept: creating the “perfect vintage” by blending three exceptional vintages. “Itération No. 26” is a blend of the 2012, 2008, and 2007 vintages—each chosen for its character, balance, and aging potential. Composed of approximately 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir, sourced entirely from 100% Grand Cru vineyards, the wine is vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aged on lees for over 10 years before release. With no malolactic fermentation, it retains remarkable precision and age-defying structure. This cuvée is crafted to express both richness and finesse—ideal with refined pairings such as lobster, turbot with beurre blanc, or aged gouda.
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
Founded in 1812, Laurent-Perrier is one of Champagne’s most storied and respected houses, known for innovation, elegance, and consistency. Under the long-term direction of the Nonancourt family, Laurent-Perrier has pioneered fresh, Chardonnay-driven styles and long lees aging across its range. Grand Siècle is its pinnacle, launched in 1959 by Bernard de Nonancourt as a revolutionary prestige cuvée—not a vintage Champagne, but a blend of vintages selected to exceed the sum of their parts. Today, each Grand Siècle release is numbered to highlight its unique iteration, with “No. 26” representing a new benchmark of complexity and poise.
