NV Schloss Gobelsburg Brut Reserve, Kamptal, Austria
This elegant sparkling wine opens with a bouquet of green apple, lemon zest, and freshly baked bread, alongside subtle hints of almond and white flowers. On the palate, it is finely textured with vibrant acidity and a creamy mousse. Flavors of ripe pear, toasted brioche, and a touch of honey lead to a long, crisp finish with a refined mineral edge.

ABOUT THIS WINE
This sparkling is produced from three varieties (Pinot Noir, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling) selected from different sites of the estate. The grapes are harvested and placed in small boxes then immediately pressed. After six months of élevage in cask, it is bottled. It then rests for about three years on the lees until it is hand riddled and then disgorged.
