The modern Oregon wine scene has evolved into one of the most dynamic and respected in the United States. It began gaining international recognition in the 1970s when pioneering winemakers discovered that the state’s cool climate and diverse soils, especially in the Willamette Valley, were ideal for growing Pinot Noir. Today, Oregon is home to more than 1,000 wineries and over 1,400 vineyards, producing a wide range of varieties.
Many producers are small, family-owned estates that emphasize organic, biodynamic, and low-intervention practices, focusing on expressing the unique character of each vineyard site.
This strolling tasting is limited to 25 people, will start promptly at 5:00 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 120 minutes.
