Celebrate Valentine’s Day in style! Join us on Saturday, February 14th at our Westside shop for a luxurious seated tasting, where we’ll pour five stunning Champagnes and pair them with five indulgent caviars. The experience will also include a beautiful selection of small plates and bites, featuring smoked salmon, French-style deviled eggs, trout rillettes, and croque monsieur.

Together we will explore one of the most beloved and iconic pairings in the wine world: Champagne and Caviar!

We will taste 5 true Champagnes paired with 5 different caviars and discover the different styles of both, as well as how to best pair them with each other. The experience will also include a beautiful selection of small plates and bites, featuring smoked salmon, French-style deviled eggs, trout rillettes, and croque monsieur.

This is a seated tasting limited to 16 people, it will start promptly at 7:00 pm at our Westside shop and last about 90 minutes.
