Winemaker Tasting: Éric Taillet - March 14th - Westside

Éric Taillet is a passionate grower-producer in the Vallée de la Marne, specializing in Meunier-driven Champagnes that highlight the grape’s depth and expressiveness. With a commitment to biodiversity and minimal intervention, the estate produces vibrant, textured wines that balance freshness with complexity. Taillet’s meticulous vineyard work and precision in the cellar result in Champagnes that are both distinctive and deeply rooted in their terroir.

Join us as we welcome Éric to our Westside location, who will guide us through the evening's Champagnes.

This seated tasting is limited to 16 people, will start promptly at 6 pm at our Westside location, and lasts about 90 minutes.

We will be serving 6 wines, accompanied by light charcuterie & cheese.
